Need A Hand Movers began during the 2007 housing market crash, when the growing demand for hauling and moving services created an opportunity for a new direction.

The business started with a pickup truck fitted with a custom-built box and signs placed throughout Santa Rosa to advertise hauling services. As demand increased, the company purchased its first 15-foot moving truck and continued expanding.

Today, Need A Hand Movers operates a fleet that includes enclosed 24-foot trailers, a 26-foot box truck, a 15-foot box truck, and a dump trailer for hauling. Every crew member receives hands-on training to help maintain consistent, high-quality service.

When fires devastated Sonoma County in 2018, we gave back to our community by donating trucks and crews to assist fire victims, local law enforcement, churches, donation centers, and emergency evacuations. We also provided support during the Clearlake and Paradise fires.

Over the years, we have worked with the Sonoma County Housing Authority, Catholic Charities, DAAC, COTS, and numerous other nonprofit organizations to provide dependable and affordable services.
